let's break it down
You're going to learn how to unlock your 5 Energy Zones: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Motivational and Spiritual - one week at a time. In week six, you'll take the top ingredients that you've discovered help to really boost your energy and plan how you're going to weave them into your life - with ease.
Over the weekend, you’ll choose one simple activity to boost your energy in a way that feels good to you.
The Time to Thrive journal is full of ideas to draw from - and I’ll also share a simple menu of options to make it super easy to choose something, if you’re short on time.
Monday to Friday you'll be given one simple action to try that is designed to boost that energy zone.
So all you have to do is show up, do the thing and watch your energy start to increase!
Every Thursday at 1pm BST (UK time), we’ll come together online for 30 minutes to reflect on what’s been draining your energy - and what’s actually been working - so you can see clearly what needs to shift.
You’ll have the chance to ask questions, get on-the-spot guidance, and leave with a clear, simple plan for your weekend energy-boosting activity.
Many of us get things done best when we do them in real time, with other people. That mix of accountability, momentum and community can make all the difference — it certainly does for me.
That said, if WhatsApp groups aren't your thing, that's completely fine too. This can just as easily be a journey between you and me, landing in your inbox each week. That works just as well.

I've designed this for busy people who will be doing a lot of this on the go. Your weekly schedule will look like:
